Stronger Than Pride is a song that has held up through the years. I like to classify as a perfect song. A song that strikes the right chord of emotion, lyric and timing. Some songs come out at the right time and they are able to capture your heart and keep it there forever. That is the definition of a perfect song. Sade's voice combined with the beautiful lyrics and melody melt my heart every time I hear it.
It speaks of love and lost. The song speaks of about the human emotion of trying to fight your feelings but surrender in the invertible like damn "Love is Stronger Than Pride". Bravo bravo bravo Sade.
