Chilli from TLC will be releasing her solo Debut later this year. It has been a long time coming. She put her solo Cd on hold twice to go back to TLC, now the solo CD is coming this year! A fan made a vido for her first single "Dumb,Dumb,Dumb" I keep you guys informed about the record. I heard that she does have T-Boz on a song.
